Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied with the VP item you purchased from our online store, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund (less costs of shipping) or store credit. You may return the item between 7 and 14 days of the date of purchase (based on the criteria below), for an Exchange or to receive Store Credit (less costs of shipping).

CRITERIA To be eligible for Store Credit or Exchange, your VP item must have been purchased from our online store at full retail price, and be returned to us unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging, accompanied by your receipt for proof of purchase, with all costs of shipping the Returned VP item pre-paid by you. Unfortunately, if your VP item does not meet all of the above criteria, it is not eligible for a Return or Exchange.

EXCLUDED/ RESTRICTED ITEMS VP items that were on sale at time of purchase, purchased from any retail outlet or other seller other than our online store, or which otherwise do not meet the criteria above are not eligible for Return. Items which are customized at your request (such as for the length of necklace) are eligible for Exchange only, if returned within 30 days of receipt of the VP item by you, subject to all terms herein.

You bear sole responsibility for pre-paying all shipping costs for Returning your VP item. We highly recommend that you ship your VP item using shipping insurance and a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any returned VP item shipped by you which is lost or which is not received by us for whatever reason.

If you outside the USA, please contact us for international shipping information.

NOTICE Once your returned VP item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and whether it has met the criteria for a Return or Exchange. You bear sole responsibility for your returned VP item until we have physically received it and notified you.

REFUNDS Provided you have met all criteria, your Refund will be processed, and a credit (of your original purchase price (less costs of shipping and tax)) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If we have incurred any shipping costs in the process of accepting your Return, all such costs will be deducted from your Refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) There will be some processing time required before a credit for a Refund is officially posted to your account. If you have received notice from us that a Refund is being issued but you have not received the credited funds within the 7 day period, please take these steps before contacting us: First, check your bank account; Then, contact your credit card company; Next, contact your bank to confirm that no credit has been issued to you. If you’ve taken all of these steps and you still have not received your Refund yet, please contact us at 1-855-50-(PEARL)

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES (if applicable) Any VP item purchased at any of our retail outlets are not eligible for Return through this online store. Please contact the store directly.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular priced VP items are eligible for Return or Exchange. Unfortunately, sale VP items are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

EXCHANGES If you have received notice from us that you are eligible for an Exchange, then you may Exchange your returned VP item for another VP item in our online store of equal value provided it is in stock. Any shipping costs incurred to send the new VP item to you must be pre-paid by you. We will make every effort to send your exchanged item to you within 30 days of receiving your returned item. However, depending on where you live, more time may be required.

LIMITED EDITION ITEMS “Limited Edition” items are subject to availability. Once such items are sold-out they can not be re-created due to the unique nature of the designs and pearls used.

RETURNING GIFTS If the VP item you are returning was marked as a gift when purchased by the gift giver and was shipped directly to you, follow all steps above for Returns. Once your returned VP item is received by us, a gift certificate will be mailed to you for the retail value of your item (less costs of shipping and tax).

If the VP item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, follow all steps above for Returns. Once the returned VP item is received by us, a full credit will be issued to the gift giver for the retail value of your item (less costs of shipping and tax).

DEFECTIVE ITEMS; REPLACEMENT If your VP item appears to be defective at the time you receive it, please contact us immediately at info@vincentpeach.com or 1-855-50-(PEARL) to let us know and to allow us to arrange for return shipping at our expense. A “defective” VP item means an item that (upon your taking delivery of the VP item) is damaged, broken, scratched, missing a pearl, diamond or other part, or the like. After contacting us, return the defective item to us within 48 hours according to the terms of Returns above. A returned defective item must meet all other the criteria for Returns or Exchanges to be eligible for replacement. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is defective, we will notify you and replace the item with the same item (subject to availability) or one of equal value, at no charge to you. We will pay all costs of shipping the replacement item to you.

LIMITED REPAIRS. For (1) year after the date of purchase of your VP item you may send it to us for basic repair and re-stringing (where applicable), at a cost of $25 for workmanship, with all costs of shipping the VP item to us and back to you pre-paid by you. We reserve the right to require additional payment if your repair requires more than basic workmanship or time, but we will contact you with an estimate prior to doing the work.

COLORS, QUALITY, SIZE, SHAPE, LUSTER, TEXTURE OF ITEMS. We have made every effort to accurately represent the quality, size, luster, texture, and colors of our VP items in the photos in our online store (including of our pearls, diamonds, and leather). However, a VP item you see in the online store may have some slight variation to that same VP item when you see it in person for several reasons. Each of our VP items is unique. Also, the computer or other device you use to view our site, as well as the settings, screen size, browser, and other factors you use, may result in some variation between the appearance of a VP item as seen by you in our online store as compared to in person. WE GRADE OUR PEARLS BASED ON THE DIFFERENCES AND SIMILARITIES IN EACH PEARL. WE WILL ENSURE THAT ANY PEARL INCLUDED IN ANY VP ITEM PURCHASED BY YOU WILL BE OF A CONSISTENT QUALITY, SIZE, AND SHAPE AS THE PEARL SHOWN IN THAT SAME ITEM IN OUR ONLINE STORE. HOWEVER, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT EACH PEARL INCLUDED IN EACH VP ITEM WILL BE UNIQUE AND MAY HAVE SOME VARIATION WHEN COMPARED TO HOW IT APPEARS IN OUR ONLINE STORE OR WHEN COMPARED TO ANY OTHER SIMILAR VP ITEM.

TRADEMARKS The name VINCENT PEACH™ and the design logos seen in this online store and on the pages of this website are trademarks owned solely and exclusively by Vincent Peach which may not be used without his express written consent. Vincent Peach reserves the right to pursue the maximum remedies under the law against any party violating its rights hereunder.

DESIGNS The jewelry designs disclosed and described in this online store and on the pages of this website are copyrighted works of creative expression fixed in a tangible medium created and owned solely and exclusively by Vincent Peach and its/his authorized designers and may not be used, copied, displayed, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent. Vincent Peach reserves the right to pursue the maximum remedies under the law against any party violating its rights hereunder.
