Pink Fireball Strand

The strand that was sent to me is unable to be used due to the fact that the strings are glued in the beads and I cannot get them out. After numerous emails, I still have not heard from you. I have given you ample time to respond. I am very disappointed, and I am still awaiting the other items that I have ordered.
